Recipient of Best Paper award at Confab360 Degree in collaboration with London Churchill College, Rushford B-School, European Global Varsity and ESDST European School of Data Science and Technology in 2023. Recipient of ‘Kamal Sharma Academic Excellence Award’ by Lexicon Group of Institutions in 2021 on 5th September 2021. Recipient of ‘Academic Excellence’ and ‘Research Excellence’ awards by InSC in 2020. Recipient of four international best paper awards by RDA, Jaipur, Rajasthan. Recipient of Prestigious President Guide award.  Has eleven years of teaching experience at Post Graduate Level for Masters of Tourism and Travel Management (MTTM), M.A. (Tourism and Heritage Management) at S.S. Dempo College of Commerce and Economics, Goa, and as a visiting faculty for PGDBA- Event Management and M.Com. Served as a visiting faculty for National Institute of Water Sports, IGNTU for a four-credit paper in Tourism. Life-time member of Research Development Authority, Jaipur, Rajasthan. Member of Board of Studies for hospitality and tourism, at Goa University. Presented at 20 international conferences, two national conference and published in twelve peer reviewed journals, edited an International and National level book, and contributed 3 chapters for international books and national-level book on tourism. Also has a corporate experience of twelve years and worked with reputed international airlines such as Czech Airline and Qatar Airways, and MNC’s such as Thomas Cook, Siemens, and TRX. Manager instructional designer at TATA Interactive systems, Mumbai. Provided consultancy services to set up IATA authorised training center at S.S Dempo College of Commerce and Economics. Member of the Scientific (Program) Committee of the ERAZ conferences organised in Europe. Writer on opinion section and letters to the editor in a leading newspaper in Goa. Actively involved in solid waste management and capacity building as a president of a NGO, Eco-Kshatriya Foundation.
